IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />ORDINANCE N0.2004-010 (1009/1024/1099) <br />AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED AS TO <br />REZONING THE DISTRICT AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP AND TO <br />REDESIGNATE CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED AS TO AMENDING THE <br />GENERAL PLAN MAP (PLN2004-00031) 1016-1052 DAMS STREET <br />(APNS: 075-0148-05, 075-0148-06-01, 075-0148-07, 075-0148-08-02) <br />Recitals <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro, after public hearings duly and properly held in <br />compliance with the Zoning Code of the City of San Leandro, has determined that the public <br />necessity, convenience and general welfare require the reclassification of the property described <br />below to the district and classification hereinafter set forth. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as <br />follows: <br />Section 1: That property described as 1016-1052 Davis Street; Assessor's Parcel Numbers <br />75-14$-5, 6-1, 7, 8-2 are hereby reclassified from the CN Commercial Neighborhood District and <br />RM-1800 (PD) Residential Multi-Family with Planned Development Overlay District, to <br />CN(PD) Commercial Neighborhood, Planned Development Overlay District. <br />Section 2: The City of San Leandro Official Zoning Map is hereby amended as shown on <br />Attachment A -Sheet A2, filed in the office of the City Clerk on June 7, 2004. <br />Section 3: The City of San Leandro General Plan Land Use Map is hereby amended as <br />shown on Attachment B, filed in the office of the City Clerk on June 7, 2004. <br />Section 4: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption and the title shall <br />be published once prior to adoption. <br />
