IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO ORDINANCE N0.2004-010 (1009/1024/1099) AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED AS TO REZONING THE DISTRICT AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP AND TO REDESIGNATE CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED AS TO AMENDING THE GENERAL PLAN MAP (PLN2004-00031) 1016-1052 DAMS STREET (APNS: 075-0148-05, 075-0148-06-01, 075-0148-07, 075-0148-08-02) Recitals The City Council of the City of San Leandro, after public hearings duly and properly held in compliance with the Zoning Code of the City of San Leandro, has determined that the public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the reclassification of the property described below to the district and classification hereinafter set forth. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as follows: Section 1: That property described as 1016-1052 Davis Street; Assessor's Parcel Numbers 75-14$-5, 6-1, 7, 8-2 are hereby reclassified from the CN Commercial Neighborhood District and RM-1800 (PD) Residential Multi-Family with Planned Development Overlay District, to CN(PD) Commercial Neighborhood, Planned Development Overlay District. Section 2: The City of San Leandro Official Zoning Map is hereby amended as shown on Attachment A -Sheet A2, filed in the office of the City Clerk on June 7, 2004. Section 3: The City of San Leandro General Plan Land Use Map is hereby amended as shown on Attachment B, filed in the office of the City Clerk on June 7, 2004. Section 4: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption and the title shall be published once prior to adoption.
