IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />ORDINANCE N0.2008-003 (3075/3076) <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SAN LEANDRO ZONING CODE <br />PART I, ARTICLE 2; PART II, ARTICLE 6; AND PART IV, ARTICLES 16, 17 AND 18 <br />RELATING TO ITEMS ASSOCIATED WITH THE <br />DOWNTOWN TRANSIT-ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT (TOD) STRATEGY <br />In order to ensure consistency with land use regulations and off-street parking <br />requirements included in the Downtown San Leandro Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) <br />Strategy, and other provisions in the existing Zoning Code, further revisions to Articles 2, 6, 16, <br />17 and 18 are required. <br />NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as <br />follows: <br />Section 1: Part I, Article 2, Section 1-204 (B) of the Zoning Code is hereby amended to <br />read as follows: <br />1-204 Applicability of Land Use and Development Regulations <br />B. Establishment of Base Zoning Districts.
