That on or about the 10th day of October 2006, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State of California having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter into a certain contract with COLUMBIA ELECTRIC, INC., 1980 DAMS STREET, SAN LEANDRO, CA 94577, as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: to wit PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS - 150TH AVENUE AND LARK STREET, PROJECT NO. 144-36-243 2. That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows: First National Insurance Company of America. 3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Engineer of the City of San Leandro as completed on the 7th day of December 2007. 4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENTS - 150TH AVENUE AND LARK STREET, PROJECT NO. 144-36-243 project is that of public improvements made to public right- of-way within certain lands designated as 150r~ Avenue, as well as ownership of improvements thereon.
