IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2008-012 RDA (2323) <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR <br />TO ENTER INTO A CONSULTING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />PACIFIC COAST FARMERS' MARKET ASSOCIATION <br />FOR MANAGEMENT OF A SEASONAL DOWNTOWN FARMERS' MARKET <br />An Agreement between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro and Pacific <br />Coast Farmers' Market Association, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Agency. <br />The Agency is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The Executive Director has recommended approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Agency Member Gregory and passed and adopted this 21St day of April, 2008 <br />by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Agency: <br />AYES: Members Grant, Gregory, Prola, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; Chair Santos (7) <br />NOES: None ~0) <br />ABSENT: None <br />ATTEST <br /> <br />(0) <br />Marian Handa, Agency Secretary <br />
