IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2003- 002 (2955) <br />AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING RIGHT-OF-WAY LINES FOR <br />WESTGATE PARKWAY EXTENSION SOUTH TO WILLIAMS STREET AND WILLIAMS <br />STREET WIDENING FROM MERGED STREET TO WESTGATE PARKWAY <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as follows: <br />Section 1. Right-of--way lines are hereby established for the extension of Westgate <br />Parkway south to Williams Street and to widen Williams Street from Merced Street to Westgate <br />Parkway, in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, as follows: <br />Beginning at a point lying 26 feet easterly, perpendicular measurement to the <br />easterly line of that certain parcel of land described within a deed to "Wal-Mart <br />Real Estate Business Trust" and filed in Document Number 98-148882, said point <br />lying 542.95 feet southeasterly from the most northerly corner thereof; thence <br />along the centerline of aright-of--way line for "Westgate Parkway" described as <br />follows: southeasterly along last said centerline 203 feet to the beginning of a <br />widening from approximately 52 to 76 feet over a distance of 167 feet and the <br />beginning of a curve; thence along the said centerline of a 52 foot right-of--way <br />southeasterly and southerly along said curve a distance of 260 feet; thence <br />southerly along said centerline 987 feet to the intersection of the centerline of <br />"Westgate Parkway" and "Williams Street"; thence northeasterly along the <br />centerline of "Williams Street" and the beginning of a widening from <br />approximately 76 to 89 feet over a distance of 400 feet to the northwesterly <br />prolongation of the southwesterlyright-of--way line of "Merced Street". <br />All as more particularly shown on the above certain map dated November 19, 2002, and filed in <br />the Office of the City Clerk on December 26, 2002, which map is hereby adopted as a precise <br />plan of said right-of--way lines. <br />
