IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO ORDINANCE NO. 2003- 002 (2955) AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING RIGHT-OF-WAY LINES FOR WESTGATE PARKWAY EXTENSION SOUTH TO WILLIAMS STREET AND WILLIAMS STREET WIDENING FROM MERGED STREET TO WESTGATE PARKWAY The City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as follows: Section 1. Right-of--way lines are hereby established for the extension of Westgate Parkway south to Williams Street and to widen Williams Street from Merced Street to Westgate Parkway, in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, as follows: Beginning at a point lying 26 feet easterly, perpendicular measurement to the easterly line of that certain parcel of land described within a deed to "Wal-Mart Real Estate Business Trust" and filed in Document Number 98-148882, said point lying 542.95 feet southeasterly from the most northerly corner thereof; thence along the centerline of aright-of--way line for "Westgate Parkway" described as follows: southeasterly along last said centerline 203 feet to the beginning of a widening from approximately 52 to 76 feet over a distance of 167 feet and the beginning of a curve; thence along the said centerline of a 52 foot right-of--way southeasterly and southerly along said curve a distance of 260 feet; thence southerly along said centerline 987 feet to the intersection of the centerline of "Westgate Parkway" and "Williams Street"; thence northeasterly along the centerline of "Williams Street" and the beginning of a widening from approximately 76 to 89 feet over a distance of 400 feet to the northwesterly prolongation of the southwesterlyright-of--way line of "Merced Street". All as more particularly shown on the above certain map dated November 19, 2002, and filed in the Office of the City Clerk on December 26, 2002, which map is hereby adopted as a precise plan of said right-of--way lines.
