IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2002 - 07 (1099/1009/1024) <br />AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED <br />AS TO ZONING DISTRICT AND AMENDING ZONING MAP <br />(PLN2002-00024) 1844 BANCROFT AVENUE <br />ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 77-519-13 <br />Recitals <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro, after public hearings duly and properly held in <br />compliance with the Zoning Code of the City of San Leandro, has determined that the public <br />necessity, convenience and general welfare require the reclassification of the property described <br />below to the district and classification hereinafter set forth. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as <br />follows: <br />Section 1: That property described as 1844 Bancroft Avenue; Assessor's Parcel Number 77- <br />519-13 is hereby reclassified from the P Professional Office, PD Planned Development Overlay <br />District to RS Residential Single Family, Planned Development Overlay District. <br />Section 2: The City of San Leandro Official Zoning Map is hereby amended as shown on <br />Sheet A2, filed in the office of the City Clerk on May 20, 2002. <br />Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption and the title shall <br />be published once prior to adoption. <br />
