That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of <br />improvement is as follows: WESTERN SURETY COMPANY. <br />3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San <br />Leandro as completed on the 16`x' day of June 2008. <br />~. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the WATER <br />POLLUTION CONTROL PLANT (WPCP) EFFLUENT IRRIGATION <br />PROJECT, PROJECT NO. 593-52-219 is that of a new wastewater treatment building <br />located at 13800 Monarch Bay Drive, San Leandro, CA 94577. <br />I certify under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
