This project <br />will add a dual northbound left turn lane on East 14th Street, a southbound left turn lane on <br />Bancroft Avenue at East 14th Street, and a northbound left turn lane on East 14th Street at <br />Hesperian Boulevard. The right of way needed for this new configuration will leave the triangle- <br />shaped property at the center of this intersection too small to support the current business, <br />Quality Tune-up Shop. In addition, small sections of property will be required from properties <br />adjacent to the intersection, but the size and shape will not be finalized until design is complete. <br />Analysis <br />This action will allow the City Manager to execute agreement(s) if negotiations are successful <br />with the property owner(s). <br />Current City Council Policy <br />Not Applicable <br />Previous City Council Action(s) <br />Jo J ~ ermanis <br />Ci anager <br />Not Applicable <br />
