IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />ORDINANCE N0.2008-011 (3075) <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AMENDING SAN LEANDRO <br />ZONING CODE: PART II, ARTICLE 6, SECTIONS 2-630, 2-636, 2-638, <br />2-640, 2-642, 2-644, 2-646, 2-686, AND 2-698 REGARDING <br />ZONING STANDARDS IN THE DA ZONES <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as follows: <br />Section 1: Part 2, Article 6 of the Zoning Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />2-630 SA-2 District -Use Regulations <br />A. SA-2 District -Permitted Uses. <br />The following uses are allowed in the SA-2 District, and a conditional use <br />permit is not required. (Certain uses are subject to special requirements <br />and/or limitations, as prescribed following the individual use classification.) <br />1. DA-1 District -Conditionally Permitted Uses. <br />23. Multi-Family Residential. (Minimum density of 35 units per acre and a <br />maximum density of 75 units per acre on parcels 20,000 s.f. or <br />greater; on parcels less than 20,000 s.f. the density shall not exceed <br />24 units per acre). unless approved by a conditional use permit. <br />Conditional use permits for additional density may be approved for <br />projects having additional open space or other amenities. <br />2-638 DA-2 Use Regulations <br />A.
