IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />ORDINANCE N0.2008-013 (3075) <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AMENDING SAN LEANDRO <br />ZONING CODE: PART IV, ARTICLE 16, SECTIONS 4-1646 (B) <br />REGARDING RECYCLING FACILITIES <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as follows: <br />Section 1: Part 4, Article 16 of the Zoning Code is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />4-1646 Recycling Facilities <br />B. Permits Required. <br />No person shall permit the placement, construction, or operation of any recycling <br />facility without first obtaining a permit as follows: <br />Type of Facility <br />Single-Feed Reverse Vending <br />Machine(s) <br />Bulk Reverse Vending Machine <br />and Small Collection <br />Small Scale Hazardous Waste <br />Center <br />Large Collection <br />Light Processing <br />Heavy Processing <br />Section 2: Effective Date and Publication. <br />IL and IG Use Permit <br />IG Use Permit <br />This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption and the title thereof shall <br />be published once prior to adoption.
