IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2004-003 RDA (2950) <br />RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />APPROVING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE OFFICE OF <br />MICHAEL MANWARING RELATED TO PREPARATION OF CONSTRUCTION <br />DOCUMENTS AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT FOR THE DOWNTOWN <br />HISTORY WALK PROJECT <br />A Contractual Services Agreement between The Office of Michael Manwaring and the <br />Redevelopment Agency, copies of which are attached, has been presented to this Agency. <br />The Redevelopment Agency is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The Executive Director has recommended the approval of said Agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Agency Member Santos and passed and adopted this 12th day of April, <br />2004 by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Agency: <br />AYES: Members Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; Chair Young (7) <br />NOES: None ~~) <br />ABSENT: None ~~) <br />ATTEST: <br />Marian Handa, Agency Secretary <br />
