IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2004 -017 RDA (3024) <br />RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />REJECTING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING THE CALL FOR RE-BIDDING FOR THE <br />MACARTHUR BOULEVARD STREETSCAPE PROJECT, <br />PROJECT N0.03-964-82-058 <br />Recitals <br />The Redevelopment Agency did, on July 12, 2004, publicly open, examine, and declare all <br />sealed proposals or bids for doing the work described in Resolution No. 2004-009 RDA of the <br />Agency of said City adopted on June 7, 2004, which resolution is hereby expressly referred to for a <br />description of said work and for all particulars relative to the proceedings under said resolution. <br />Said proposals were submitted to the Engineering and Transportation Director for <br />comparison and recommendation <br />The Engineering and Transportation Director has recommended that the proposals for said <br />work be rejected. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. That said proposals or bids for doing said work are hereby rej ected. <br />SECTION 2. That the call for re-bidding is hereby authorized. <br />SECTION 3. That the Agency Secretary shall testify to the passage and adoption of this <br />resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions. <br />
