Fox, Corina Lopez, Rayan Fowler, Peggy Combs, <br />Donna Reed, and Pam Covington. <br />The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. <br />1. Discussion Regarding Recommended Mid-Year Adjustments to FY 2008-09 Budget <br />Interim Finance Director Carter provided a summary and explanation of the mid-year <br />adjustments to the General Fund for the fiscal year 2008-09 budget in the amount of $3,345,545. <br />The mid-year amendments reflect activities previously approved by Council, e.g. grant revenue <br />as well as any Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) that may have been previous approved by <br />Council but not appropriated. There were schedules provided. Schedule A provided an overall <br />summary of all Funds and Schedule B provided a more detailed account of the Funds. Mayor <br />Santos inquired about the West San Leandro Project Area. Engineering & Transportation <br />Director Udemezue provided an update on the projects and stated that the design and <br />reconstruction of Adams Ave from Doolittle Drive to Bigge Street has been completed. <br />Councilmember Prola stated that he has received concerns regarding the obstruction of view at <br />the stop sign located at the intersection of Adams and Doolittle. Udemezue stated he would have <br />his staff look into it. Mayor Santos also inquired about the I-880 interchange. Udemezue stated <br />that there were two locations that were identified as having the biggest traffic impact. <br />
