IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2009-008 RDA (2993/3031) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE <br />SAN LEANDRO TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION <br />FOR THE MANAGEMENT AND ADMINISTRATION OF THE <br />WEST SAN LEANDRO SHUTTLE AND BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT <br />An Agreement between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro and the San <br />Leandro Transportation Management Organization, a copy of which is attached, has been presented <br />to this Agency. <br />The Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The Executive Director has recommended approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Agency Member Prola and passed and adopted this 6~' day of April, 2009, by <br />the following called vote: <br />Members of the Agency: <br />AYES: Members Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; Chair Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: ~~' W~~- <br />Marian Handa, Agency Secretary <br />
