IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />ORDINANCE N0.2009-003 (1203) <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 4-5-205(F) OF THE <br />SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO PEDDLERS, <br />SOLICITORS AND ITINERANT MERCHANTS <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as follows: <br />Section 1. Section 4-5-205(f) of the San Leandro Municipal Code is hereby amended <br />in its entirety to read as follows: <br />"The fingerprints of the applicant (peddlers/solicitors only) shall be provided for the <br />initial application, and for renewals, every even numbered year thereafter." <br />Section 2.
