That on or about the 17th day of January 2005, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State of California having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter into a certain contract with G & G BUILDERS, INC., 3589 NEVADA STREET, SUITE B, PLEASANTON, CA 94566, as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: To wit, MEMORIAL PARK PLAYGROUND RENOVATION, PROJECT NO. 04-165-43-198. 2. That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as follows: Financial Pacific Insurance Company 3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as completed on the 20th day of June 2005. 4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the MEMORIAL PARK PLAYGROUND RENOVATION, PROJECT NO. 04-165-43- 198 is that of fee simple title in certain land designated as APN 077-0465-001-01, as weli as ownership of improvements thereon.
