IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 002 (2004) <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A NEW PUBLIC <br />ROAD CROSSING AGREEMENT WITH UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD (UPRR) <br />RELATING TO THE WIDENING OF THE UFRR CROSSING ON MARINA BOULEVARD <br />Recitals <br />An Agreement between the City of San Leandro and the Union Pacific Railroad <br />Company, a copy of which is attached hereto, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said document. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof by the City Manager is <br />hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Council Member Santos and passed and adopted <br />this 6th day of January 2003, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Badger, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens; <br />Mayor Young ( 6 } <br />NOES: None ( 0 ) <br />ABSENT: Council Member Glaze ( 1 ) <br />Attest: Q/l~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
