IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 011 (2930/2957) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />WITH BELLECCI & ASSOCIATES, INC., RELATING TO HESPERIAN BOULEVARD <br />AND LEWELLING BOULEVARD WIDENING PROJECT, <br />ACTIA PROJECT NO. 17, PROJECT NO. 03-144-39-002 <br />Recitals <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and Bellecci & Associates, Inc., a copy <br />of which is attached hereto, has been presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said document. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof by the City Manager is <br />hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by council Member stephens and passed and adopted <br />this 21st day of January 2003, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Badger, Glaze, Grant, Nardine, Santos, Stephens ( 6 ) <br />NOEW: None (0 ) <br />ABSENT: Mayor Young ( 1 ) <br />Attest: ~/~~~ <br />Marian Handa, City Clerk <br />
