IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION N0.2003- 015 (1413) A RESOLUTION MODIFYING THE RECOMMENDED BAIL SCHEDULE FOR VIOLATIONS OF THE SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE WHEREAS, on December 9, 2002, the City Council adopted amendments to Chapter 1-12 of the San Leandro Municipal Code relating to the manner of enforcement of Municipal Code violations; and WHEREAS, it has become necessary to amend the Bail Schedule which sets forth the recommended amounts of bail for criminal violations of the City's Municipal Code, as set forth in Chapter 1-12. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of San Leandro hereby approves the Bail Schedule attached hereto as Exhibit "A," that the City Attorney is hereby directed to provide a certified copy of this resolution to the Alameda County Clerk's office for approval by the Superior Court for the County of Alameda, and that upon such approval the Bail Schedule shall be used by the Court in processing misdemeanor and infraction citations issued for violations of the San Leandro Municipal Code.
