1 <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2003- 020 (2903) <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR FIRE STATION NO. 11, <br />PROJECT NO. 00-230-28-112 <br />Recitals <br />Pursuant to a contract between the City and BRCO Constructors, Inc., dated July 1 b, <br />2001, Fire Station No. 11, Project No. 00-230-28-112, has been completed. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore <br />and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he therefore <br />recommends that said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br />project. <br />3. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br />are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br />Introduced by Council Member Santos and passed and adopted <br />this 3rd day of February 2003, by the following called vote: <br />
