LN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTONN0.2003- 021 (2656) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2002-2003 FIVE-YEAR PROJECT LIST FOR <br />UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT CONVERSION PROJECTS <br />Recitals <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro did, on April 20, 1992, amend the <br />Underground Utility District Master Plan. Said Plan calls for Conversion Districts to be <br />evaluated on a yearly basis to determine which Districts should be undertaken within the next <br />five years. <br />This Council has reviewed and considered ahive-Year Project List for Underground <br />Utility Conversion projects. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the following Underground Utility Conversion Projects are hereby designated as the <br />2002-2003 Five-Year Project List Underground Utility Conversion Project: <br />1. West Estudillo Avenue-Hays Street to San Leandro Boulevard <br />2. East 14th Street-153rd Avenue to Lillian Avenue <br />3. East 14th Street-Lillian Avenue to Maud Avenue <br />Introduced by Council Member cantos and passed and adopted <br />this 3rd day of February 2003, by the following called. vote: <br />
