O1-210-69-124, 2. That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as follows: Financial Pacific Insurance Company. 3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as completed on the 7`h day of July 2003. 4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the NEW RESTROOM BUILDING AT FLORESTA PARK, PROJECT NO. O1-210-69-124 is that of use agreement in certain land designated as 3750 Monterey Boulevard, as well as ownership of improvements thereon.
