That on or about September 3, 2002, the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation of the State of California having offices at 835 East 14th Street, San Leandro, California, did enter into a certain contract with W. BRADLEY ELECTRIC, INC., 90 HILL ROAD, NOVATO, CA 94945 (415) 898-1400, as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: To wit, FIBER CONDUIT WASHINGTON AVENUE (ADVANCED TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYSTEM, PHASE ~, PROJECT N0.02-120-38-205. 2. That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as follows: United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company. 3. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as completed on the 21s` of July 2003. 4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the FIBER CONDUIT WASHINGTON AVENUE (ADVANCED TRAFFIC SIGNAL SYSTEM, PHASE ~, PROJECT NO. OZ-120-38-205, project is that of street right-of--way in certain land designated as a portion of Washington Avenue and Floresta Boulevard, as well as ownership of improvements thereon.
