That the name of the sureties upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement are as follows: Travelers Casualty & Surety Company of America. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as completed on the 2nd day of September 2003. 4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the BLUE DOLPHIN DEMOLITION, PROJECT NO. 02-597-57-117 is that of fee simple title in certain land designated as 30 San Leandro Marina, as well as ownership of improvements thereon.
