<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002-6 (2108 / 2119 ) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO AND <br />SAN LORENZO UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT <br />FOR THE JOINT USE OF <br />CORVALL~S ELEMENTARY SCHOOL <br />An agreement between the City of San Leandro and the San Lorenzo Unified School <br />District for the Joint Use of Corvallis Elementary School, a copy of which is attached, has been <br />presented to this Council. <br />The City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The City Manager has recommended the approval of said Agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said Agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Council Member Santos and passed and adopted this 22nd day <br />of January , 2002, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />AYES: Council Members Badger, Glaze, Grant, Loeffler, ilardine, Santos ( 6 ) <br />NOES: None ( 0 ) <br />ABSENT: Mayor Young ( 1 ) <br />~f ! v 3 <br />ATTEST: ' ~ ~~ <br />yle P ersen, City Clerk <br />F:1Froj ects~'ORM.resolution.Corvallis.
