1N THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2002- 8 (2866) <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE WORK FOR SAN LEANDRO COMMUNITY <br />LIBRARY CENTER SEISMIC RETROFIT, RENOVATION AND EXPANSION, <br />PACKAGE NO. 21, FLOOR COVERING, PROJECT NO. 98-215-28-115 <br />Recitals <br />Pursuant to a contract between the City and Interform Designers of Commercial <br />Interiors, dated July 19, 1999, San Leandro Community Library Center Seismic Retrofit, <br />Renovation and Expansion, Package No. 21 Floor Covering, Project No. 98-215-28-115, has <br />been completed. <br />Said work has been completed in accordance with the plans and specifications <br />therefore and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation Director, and he <br />therefore recommends that said work be accepted. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. That the work hereinbefore described is hereby accepted. <br />2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file a Notice of Completion on said <br />project. <br />3. That the bonds heretofore given for performance and payment of said conditions <br />are hereby discharged and exonerated from further liability. <br />4. That upon completion of the one-year Maintenance Period established pursuant <br />to said contract, and to the satisfaction of the Engineering and Transportation <br />
