<br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.2002-11 (2 913 ) <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP, SUBDIVISION <br />IMPROVEMENT AGREEMENT (PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS), AND ACCEPTANCE OF <br />DEDICATION OF PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT FOR TRACT 7293 <br />ON A VACANT PARCEL LOCATED AT 1895 WASHINGTON AVENUE; <br />DEVELOPER: WESTCO COMMUNITY BUILDERS, INC. <br />FINDING <br />Subject to the findings contained in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for <br />Tract 7293, attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and incorporated herein by reference, the City <br />Council of the City of San Leandro finds that the proposed map, together with the provisions <br />for its design and improvement, is consistent with the General Plan. <br />Recitals <br />There has been submitted to this Council a Final Subdivision Map entitled "Tract <br />7293, City of San Leandro, Alameda County, California." <br />The City Engineer, in the City Engineer's Report for the Final Map for Tract 7293, <br />attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference, has certified that said <br />Final Map conforms to the Vesting Tentative Map heretofore approved; that it is technically <br />correct; and that the subdivider has complied with the provisions of Title VII, Chapter 1 of the <br />San Leandro Municipal Code and with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />A. That the City Manager of the City of San Leandro is hereby authorized to <br />execute a Subdivision Improvement Agreement (Public Improvements) for Tract 7293 on <br />behalf of the City. <br />
