CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />A. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag <br />New Assistant City Manager Lianne Marshall led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />B. Roll Call <br />PRESENT: Members Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos <br />ABSENT: None <br />C. Announcements <br />Mayor Santos announced that he would dispense with the use of speaker cards tonight. <br />2. PRESENTATIONS/ RECOGNITIONS <br />A. Presentation of Commendations to Julie Quayle, Hyer Architecture and Canivet <br />Construction for Extraordinary Use of Green Building Practices in a Residential Project. <br />Senior Planner Sally Barros gave a short PowerPoint presentation, describing San <br />Leandro's first GreenPoint Rated project. The project won the Judges Choice award for <br />Less is More on the GreenPoint Showcase Tour. <br />Julie Quayle, the homeowner, and representatives from Hyer Architecture and Canivet <br />Construction, accepted commendations presented by Mayor Santos. <br />
