CALL TO ORDER <br />The meeting was called to order at 7:04 p.m. <br />A. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag <br />Councilmember Souza. led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />B. Roll Call <br />PRESENT: Members Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; <br />Mayor Santos <br />ABSENT: None <br />C. Announcements <br />Mayor Santos requested members of the public wishing to address the Council to fill <br />out a speaker card and submit it to the City Clerk prior to the announcement of the item <br />on which they wish to speak. <br />2. PRESENTATIONS/ RECOGNITIONS <br />A. Presentation to Mayor Santos of His 20-Year Service Award. <br />
