O. BOX 427, ALVISO, CA 95002, PHONE: (408 946-7782, as contractor, for a certain work of improvement: to wit 1550 EAST 14 H STREET AND 262 DAMS STREET TEMPORARY PARKING LOTS, PROJECT N0.09-962-86-070. 2. That the name of the surety upon the bond of the Contractor for said work of improvement is as follows: International Fidelity Insurance Company. That said work of improvement was accepted by the City Council of the City of San Leandro as completed on the 1St day March 2010. 4. The nature of the interest or estate of the City of San Leandro as owner of the 1550 EAST 14TH STREET AND 262 DAMS STREET TEMPORARY PARKING LOTS, PROJECT NO. 09-962-86-070. project. is that of public improvements made to public property designated as Assessor's Parcel Numbers 077-0540-009-00, 075-0001-010-02 and 075-0001-009-02, as well as ownership of improvements thereon.
