IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2010-007 RDA <br />RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />APPROVING A CONTRACTUAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH <br />BAY AREA HOME BUYER AGENCY TO ADMINISTER THE FIlZST TIME HOMEBUYER <br />AND INCLUSIONARY HOUSINGBELOW MARKET RATE OWNERSHIP PROGRAMS <br />FOR FY 2010-11 <br />Recitals <br />An agreement between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro and Bay <br />Area Home Buyer Agency, a copy of which is attached, has been presented to this Agency. <br />The Agency is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />The Executive Director has recommended approval of said agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized for the <br />Redevelopment Housing Set-Aside Fund amount of $49,900 related to the administration of the <br />First Time Homebuyer and Inclusionary Housing/Below Market Rate Ownership Programs by Bay <br />Area Home Buyer Agency. <br />That said agreement is hereby approved and execution thereof is hereby authorized. <br />Introduced by Agency Member Starosciak and passed and adopted this 21st day of June, <br />2010, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Agency: <br />AYES: Members Gregory, Prola, Reed, Souza, Starosciak, Stephens; Chair Santos (7) <br />NOES: None (0) <br />ABSENT: None (0) <br />ATTEST: ~~~t~,~I,~'x/l,'l ~ ~~L'V~LK,L'~. <br />Marian Handa, Agency Secretary <br />
