IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001- 9 (1500 ) <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />DECLARING STEVEN R. MEYERS <br />CITY ATTORNEY EMERITUS OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />WHEREAS, Steven R. Meyers began his service with the City of San Leandro in 1977 and <br />has chosen to retire after twenty-three years of loyal and dedicated service; and <br />WHEREAS, through the years Steven R. Meyers has counseled and guided thirteen City <br />Councils, six Mayors, four City Managers, and virtually hundreds of City Department Heads and <br />staff members in the City of San Leandro; and <br />WHEREAS, as City Attorney of the City of San Leandro, Steven R. Meyers has steadfastly <br />represented the interests and well-being of the community of San Leandro through litigation of <br />matters at all levels of government. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That the City of San Leandro does hereby declare Steven R.
