1.1~ <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION N0.2000 - 4 (2881) <br />RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT TO G.S.E. CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, <br />INC., FOR NEPTUNE PUMP STATION REHABILITATION, <br />PROJECT N0.99-593-52-133 <br />.,. <br />Recitals <br />The City of San Leandro did, on January 11, 2000, publicly open, examine and declare all <br />sealed proposals or bids for doing the work described in Resolution No. 99-169 of the Council of <br />said City adopted on the 6`h day of December, 1999, which resolution is hereby expressly <br />referred to for a description of said work and for all particulars relative to the proceedings under <br />said resolution. <br />Said proposals were submitted to the Engineering and Transportation Director who has <br />recommended that the proposal hereinafter mentioned is the lowest responsive bid for doing said <br />work. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said City Council hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids except that herein <br />mentioned, and hereby waives any irregularities in the proposal or bid of the lowest responsible <br />bidder, and hereby awards the contract for doing said work to the lowest responsible bidder <br />therefore, to wit: G.S.E. Construction Company, Inc., at the prices named in its bid on file in the <br />Office of the City Clerk. <br />Introduced by Council Member Loeffler and passed and adopted this <br />18th day of January 2000, by the following called vote: <br />
