IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO RESOLUTION NO.2000 - 6. RESOLUTION OF THE SAN LEANDRO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO APPROVING THE DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN CREEKSIDE ASSOCIATES, LLC, AND THE SAN LEANDRO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO FOR THE PROPERTY AT 960 SAN LEANDRO BOULEVARD (APN 75-36-52) RECITALS WHEREAS, there has been presented to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro ("Agency") a disposition and development agreement ("Agreement") by and between Creekside Associates, LLC ("Creekside") and the Agency relating to the Plaza 2 Redevelopment Project (Project); WHEREAS, the Agreement provides for the disposition by the Agency to Creekside of the property at 960 San Leandro Boulevard (the "Property') for a purchase price of Two Million Two Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand One Hundred Twenty Dollars ($2,265,120) (the "Purchase Price") and additional consideration under the terms of the Agreement; WHEREAS, the Agreement provides for the development of two high-quality office buildings with an improved plaza area, Creekside improvements, and maintenance responsibilities, all in accordance with specifications and as more particularly described in the Agreement; WHEREAS, the Agency has reviewed a report prepared by Keyser Marston Associates, Incorporated, which report evaluates the fair value of the Property given the restrictions, conditions and covenants of the Agreement; WHEREAS, all environmental review for this Agreement has been carried out and obtained; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of San Leandro has made a finding at its November 10, 1999, meeting that the disposition of property provided by the Agreement is consistent with the City's General Plan.
