ROLL CALL <br /> PRESENT: Council Members Galvan, Kerr, Loeffler, Myers, Perry, Polvorosa; <br /> Mayor Corbett <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> 4. PRESENTATIONS <br /> A. Resolution of Commendation Recognizing the Contributions of Bill Landt, <br /> Personnel Relations Board Member, At Large. <br /> Mayor Corbett thanked Mr. and Mrs. Landt for their many contributions <br /> to the community. <br /> 5. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> Public Comments are limited to 5 minutes per person. The public is invited <br /> to make any comments related to Agenda items (including San Leandro <br /> Redevelopment Agency, San Leandro Parking Authority, and San Leandro <br /> Industrial Development Authority) or other items of public interest at this <br /> time. Comments regarding Public Hearing items will be heard during the <br /> Public Hearing portion of the Agenda. <br /> A. James Begier, 929 Lee Avenue, said not enough information was provided <br /> regarding the refuse fees and requested that the item be postponed to <br /> another date for further study. <br /> B. Lou Filipovich, 15376 Laverne Drive, said the refuse fees should be <br /> postponed because it is a confusing issue. He said small business <br /> owners are not aware of it. <br /> C. Justin Agrella asked if the public would be permitted to speak before <br /> or after the presentation on refuse fees. Mayor Corbett said they <br /> could speak before or after, whichever they preferred. <br />
