IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 01 - 010 (1099/1009/1024) <br /> AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED <br /> AS TO ZONING DISTRICT AND AMENDING ZONING MAP <br /> (PLN2000- 00040, 41, 42, and 43) Approximately 8.78 acre area at the <br /> North End of Preda Street; Assessor's Parcel Numbers 75- 131 -1 -3, 2 -4, 2 -10, and 75- 141 -1 -1 <br /> Recitals <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro, after public hearings duly and properly held <br /> in compliance with the Zoning Code of the City of San Leandro, has determined that the public <br /> necessity, convenience and general welfare require the reclassification of the property described <br /> below to the district and classification hereinafter set forth. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as <br /> • follows: <br /> Section 1: That property described as approximately 8.78 acre area at the north end of <br /> Preda Street; Assessor's Parcel Numbers 75- 131 -1 -3, 2-4. 2 -10, and 75- 141 -1 -1 is hereby <br /> reclassified from the IL Industrial District to RS(PD) Residential Single - Family Planned <br /> Development Overlay District. <br /> Section 2: The City of San Leandro Official Zoning Map is hereby amended as shown on <br /> Sheet A 1 and A2, filed in the office of the City Clerk on March 27, 2001. <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption and the title shall ._ <br /> be published once prior to adoption. <br />
