IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2001 - 019 (1099/1009/1024) <br /> AN ORDINANCE ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED <br /> AS TO ZONING DISTRICT AND AMENDING ZONING MAP <br /> (PLN2000- 00049, 50 and 51) 2.57 -ACRE SITE ON HALCYON DRIVE EAST OF KRAFT <br /> FOODS <br /> ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBERS 77C- 1240 -3 -3, 3 -5 AND 4 -0 • <br /> Recitals <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro, after public hearings duly and properly held in <br /> compliance with the Zoning Code of the City of San Leandro, has determined that the public <br /> necessity, convenience and general welfare require the reclassification of the property described <br /> below to the district and classification hereinafter set forth. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as <br /> follows: <br /> Section 1: That property described as the 2 -57 -acre parcel on Halcyon Drive east of Kraft <br /> Foods; Assessor's Parcel Numbers 77C - 1240 -3 -3, 3 -5 and 4 -0 is hereby reclassified from the EP <br /> Industrial Park District to RS(PD) Residential Single - Family Planned Development Overlay <br /> District. <br /> Section 2: The City of San Leandro Official Zoning Map is hereby amended as shown on <br /> Sheet B3, filed in the office of the City Clerk on September 17, 2001. <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption and the title shall <br /> be published once prior to adoption. <br />
