IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2000 - 02 (1099/1009/1024) <br /> AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED <br /> AS TO ZONING DISTRICT AND AMENDING ZONING MAP <br /> (A-99-6) A PARCEL KNOWN AS ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NO. 77C- 1305 -4 <br /> • <br /> Recitals <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro, after public hearings duly and properly held <br /> in compliance with the Zoning Code of the City of San Leandro, has determined that the public <br /> necessity. convenience and general welfare require the reclassification of the property described <br /> below to the district and classification hereinafter set forth. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE. the City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as <br /> follows: <br /> Section I: That property described as Assessor's Parcel Number 77C - 1305 -+ is hereby <br /> reclassified from the RS Residential Single - Family District to CC (PD) Community Commercial, <br /> Planned Development District. <br /> Section 2: The City of San Leandro Official Zoning Map is hereby amended as shown on <br /> Sheet B3, filed in the office of the City Clerk on January 25, 2000. <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption and the title shall <br /> be published once prior to adoption. <br />
