• <br /> IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2000-07 (1153/1184) <br /> AN ORDINANCE ADDING CHAPTER 13 TO TITLE VII OF THE <br /> SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO MAPS, BUILDINGS AND <br /> SUBDIVISIONS, AND ESTABLISHING PARK DEVELOPMENT IMPACT FEES <br /> FOR PARK ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1. Chapter 13, "Park Development Impact Fees" Added to Title VII. Chapter <br /> 13, entitled "Park Facilities Development Impact Fee" is hereby added to Title VII, entitled <br /> "Maps, Building and Subdivisions," of the City of San Leandro Municipal Code, to read as <br /> follows: <br /> 7 -13 -100 Park Facilities Development Impact Fee Established <br /> a. A park facilities development impact fee ( "park impact fee ") is established to pay <br /> for public park and recreation facilities. <br /> b. Pursuant to Govemment Code Section 66001, the City Council shall, in a City <br /> Council Resolution adopted after a duly noticed public hearing, set forth the amount of the park <br /> impact fee, describe the benefit and impact area on which the park impact fee is imposed, <br /> identify the City -owned public facilities to be financed, describe the estimated cost of these <br /> facilities, describe the reasonable relationship between the use of the park impact fee and the <br /> need for the public facilities and the types of future development projects on which the park <br /> impact fee is imposed, and set forth time for payment. <br /> 7 -13 -105 Use of Fee Revenues.
