IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2000 - 019 (1099/1009/1024) <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED <br /> AS TO ZONING DISTRICT AND AM.ENDING ZONING MAP <br /> (A -00 -5) 897 Mac Arthur Boulevard, Assessor Parcel Number 76- 333-4-1 <br /> Recitals <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro, after public hearings duly and properly held in <br /> compliance with the Zoning Code of the City of San Leandro, has determined that the public necessity, <br /> • convenience and general welfare require the reclassification of the property described below to the <br /> district and classification hereinafter set forth. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as <br /> follows: <br /> Section I: That the property described as 897 Mac Arthur Boulevard, is hereby reclassified <br /> from the CC Community Commercial District to the CC (PD) Community Commercial Planned <br /> Development Overlay District. <br /> Section 2: The City of San Leandro Official Zoning Map is hereby amended as shown on Sheet <br /> A3, filed in the office of the City Clerk on September 22, 2000. <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption and the title shall be <br /> published once prior to adoption. <br />
