• <br /> IN TI:I:E CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> OR.DINANCE NO. 2000 - 021 (1099/1009/1024) <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED <br /> AS TO ZONING DISTRICT AND AMENDING ZONING MAP <br /> (A -00 -3) 1844 Bancroft Avenue, Assessor Parcel Number 77- 519 -13 <br /> Recitals <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro, after public hearings duly and properly held in <br /> compliance with the Zoning Code of the City of San Leandro, has determined that the public necessity, <br /> convenience and general welfare require the reclassification of' the property described below to the <br /> district and classification hereinafter set forth. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as <br /> follows: <br /> Section 1: That the property described as 1844 Bancroft Avenue, is hereby reclassified from <br /> the RS Residential Single Family District to the P (PD) Professional Planned Development Overlay <br /> District and the RS (PD) Residential Single Family Planned Development Overlay District. <br /> Section 2: The City of' San Leandro Official Zoning Map is hereby amended as shown on Sheet <br /> A2, filed in the office of the City Clerk on October 10, 2000. <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption and the title shall be <br /> published once prior to adoption. <br /> • <br />
