IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 98- 07 (1099/1009/1024) <br /> AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREIN <br /> DESCRIBED AS TO ZONING DISTRICT AND AMENDING ZONING MAP <br /> A -98 -4; 1762 AND 1770 SAN LEANDRO BOULEVARD <br /> Recitals <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro, after public hearings duly and <br /> properly held in compliance with the Zoning Code of the City of San Leandro, has <br /> determined that the public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the <br /> reclassification of the property described below to the district and classification <br /> hereinafter set forth. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the city of San Leandro does <br /> ORDAIN as follows: <br /> Section 1: The property described as 1762 and 1770 San Leandro Boulevard is <br /> hereby reclassified from the RM -1800 Residential Multi - Family District to the RM -1800 <br /> Residential Multi - Family Planned Development Overlay District. <br /> Section 2: The City of San Leandro Official Zoning Map is hereby amended as <br /> shown on Sheet A2, filed in the office of the City Clerk on June 9, 1998. <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption and the <br /> title shall be published once prior to adoption. <br />
