IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 97 - 01 <br /> (1092/1926/2134) <br /> ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AN AMENDN{ENT TO THE CONTRACT BETWEEN THE <br /> BOARD OF ADMINISTRATION OF THE <br /> PUBLIC EMPLOYEES' RETIREMENT SYSTEM AND <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as follows: <br /> Section 1. An amendment to the contract between the City Council of the City of San <br /> Leandro and the Board of Administration. California Public Emciovees' Retirement System is <br /> hereby authorized, a copy of said amendment being anached hereto. marked Exhibit, and by such <br /> reference made a part hereof as though herein set out in full. <br /> Section 2. The City Manager of the City of San Leandro is hereby authorized, <br /> empowered and directed to execute said amendment for and on behaif of said Agency. <br /> • <br /> Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect thirty days after adoption and the title <br /> thereof shall be published once prior to adoption. <br />
