IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 97 - 09 (1022) <br /> AN ORDINANCE DELETING AND DESIGNATING PARKING METER ZONES. 24- <br /> MINUTE AND 1 -HOUR ZONES. <br /> (9:00 A.M. TO 6:00 P.M.. <br /> SUNDAYS AND HOLIDAYS EXCEPTED). <br /> TITLE VI. CHAPTER ONE OF THE SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> (WEST ESTUDILLO AVENUE) <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as follows: <br /> Section 1. Pursuant to San Leandro Municipal Code Section 6-2-115, one hour parking <br /> meter zones are deleted from Chapter 17, Section 17 of the San Leandro Traffic Code: <br /> WEST ESTUDILLO AVENUE, north side, beginning at Hays Street and extending 150 <br /> feet west. <br /> Section 2. Pursuant to San Leandro Municipal Code Section 6 -2 -115, the following <br /> streets or municipal parking lots, or portions thereof, are designated as twenty four minute <br /> parking meter zones: <br /> WEST ESTUDILLO AVENUE. north side, beginning at Hays Street and extending 60 <br /> feet west (3 diagonal spaces.) <br /> Section 3. Pursuant to San Leandro Municipal Code Section 6 -2 -115, the following <br /> streets or municipal parking lots. or portions thereof, are designated as one -hour parkins meter <br /> zones: <br /> WEST ESTUDILLO AVENUE, north side, beginning at a point 60 feet west of Hays <br /> Street and extending 60 feet west (6 diagonal spaces.) <br /> Section 4. The provisions of Section 2 and 3 shall be added to Chapter 17, Section 1700 <br /> of the San Leandro Traffic Code. <br />
