- : Jr. <br /> IN THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 97 - 010 ( 1022) <br /> AN ORDINANCE DELETING AND DESIGNATING PARKING <br /> METER ZONES (24- MINUTE ZONES) TITLE VI, CHAPTER 1 <br /> OF THE SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> (PARROTT STREET) <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as follows: <br /> Section 1. Pursuant to San Leandro Municipal Code Section 6 -2 -115, the <br /> following streets or municipal parking lots, or portions thereof, are deleted as 24- Minute <br /> parking meter zones: <br /> PARROTT STREET, south side, beginning at a point 84 feet west of the west of <br /> East 14th Street and extending 49 feet west; and beginning at a point 147 feet east of <br /> Washington Avenue and extending 50 feet east. <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as follows: <br /> Section 2. Pursuant to San Leandro Municipal Code Section 6-2-115, the <br /> following streets or municipal parking lots, or portions thereof, are designated as <br /> 24- Minute parking meter zones: <br /> PARROTT STREET, north side, beginning at a point 69 feet west of the west <br /> curbline of East 14th Street and extending 24 feet westerly. <br /> PARROTT STREET, south side, beginning at a point 52 feet west of the west <br /> curbline of East 14th Street and extending 23 feet westerly, and beginning 210 feet west <br /> of East 14th Street and extending 12 feet westerly. <br /> Section 3. The provisions of Section I shall be deleted from Chapter 17, §1700 of <br /> the San Leandro Traffic Code, <br /> Section 4. The provisions of Section 2 shall be added to Chapter 17, § 1700 of the <br /> San Leandro Traffic Code. <br />
