IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 97- 015 ( 1099/1009/1024) <br /> AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREIN <br /> DESCRIBED AS TO ZONING DISTRICT AND AMENDING ZONING MAP <br /> (A -97 -2) 320 -392 DAVIS STREET AND 1170 CLARKE STREET <br /> Recitals <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro, after public hearings duly and <br /> . property held in compliance with the Zoning Code of the City of San Leandro, has <br /> determined that the public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the <br /> reclassification of the property described below to the district and classification <br /> hereinafter set forth. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br /> ORDAIN as follows: <br /> Section 1: That property described as 320 -392 Davis Street and 1 170 Clarke <br /> Street is hereby reclassified from the CC Community Commercial District and the CD <br /> Commercial Downtown District to CD (PD) Commercial Downtown Planned <br /> Development District. <br /> Section 2: The City of San Leandro Official Zoning Map is hereby amended as <br /> shown on Sheet A2, filed in the office of the City Clerk on May 15, 199T <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption and the <br /> title shall be published once prior to adoption. <br />
