IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 97- 016 ( 1099/1009/1024) <br /> AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREIN <br /> DESCRIBED AS TO ZONING DISTRICT AND AMENDING ZONING MAP <br /> (A -97 -4) 928, 1000 AND 1010 EAST 14TH STREET <br /> Recitals <br /> . The City Council of the City of San Leandro, after public hearings duly and <br /> property held in compliance with the Zoning Code of the City of San Leandro, has <br /> determined that the public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the <br /> reclassification of the property described below to the district and classification <br /> hereinafter set forth. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br /> ORDAIN as follows: <br /> Section 1: That property described as 928, 1000 and 1010 East 14th Street is <br /> hereby reclassified from the NA -2 North Area -2 District to the NA -2 (PD) North Area -2 <br /> Planned Development District - <br /> Section 2: The City of San Leandro Official Zoning Map is hereby amended as <br /> shown on Sheet A2, filed in the office of the City Clerk on May 15, 1997. <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption and the <br /> title shall be published once prior to adoption. <br />
