IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 97- 019 (1055/1413) <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> RELATING TO THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION <br /> OF 1998 AND PROVIDING FOR THE CONSOLIDATION <br /> OF SAID ELECTION WITH THE STATEWIDE PRIMARY ELECTION <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as follows: <br /> Section 1. Pursuant. to Charter Section 600, the General Municipal Election <br /> of the City of San Leandro shall be and is hereby consolidated with the Statewide <br /> 0 <br /> Direct Primary Election conducted on June 2, 1998. <br /> Section 2. The term of office for those persons elected to City offices at the <br /> General Municipal Election shall commence on July 1, 1998. <br /> Section 3. Ordinances 95 -08 and 95 -01 1 are hereby repealed. <br /> Section 4. The City Council shall by resolution provide for all procedures <br /> relative to the conduct of such General Municipal Election. <br /> 1 <br />
