.c <br /> IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 97 -021 (1315) <br /> AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION <br /> OF COUNCIL MEMBERS <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as follows: <br /> Section 1. Council Members shall receive a salary in the amount of eight <br /> hundred sixteen dollars ($816) a month. <br /> Section 2. The provisions of Section I of Ordinance No. 90 -01 shall remain <br /> in full force and effect until the provisions of Section 1 of this Ordinance are <br /> operative. Upon such date or in such event, the provisions of Section I of Ordinance <br /> No. 90 -01 are hereby repealed. <br /> Section 3. The provisions of Section 1 of this ordinance shall not be <br /> operative until July 1, 1998. <br /> 1 <br />
