IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 96 - 02 (1024/1099) <br /> AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED <br /> AS TO ZONING DISTRICT AND AMENDING ZONING MAP <br /> (A -95 -7) 2960 MERCED STREET <br /> Recitals <br /> The City Council of the City of San Leandro, after public hearings duly and properly <br /> held in compliance with the Zoning Code of the City of San Leandro, has determined that the <br /> public necessity, convenience and general welfare require the reclassification of the property <br /> described below to the district and classification hereinafter set forth. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does ORDAIN as <br /> follows: <br /> Section l: That property described as 2960 Merced Street is hereby reclassified from <br /> the IL Limited Industrial District to IL (PD) Limited Industrial Planned Development District. <br /> Section 2: The City of San Leandro Official Zoning Map is hereby amended as shown <br /> on Sheet B2, filed in the office of the City Clerk on January 30, 1996. <br /> Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after adoption and the title <br /> shall be published once prior to adoption. <br /> • <br /> Introduced by Council Member Gal van on this 5th day of February, 1996, <br /> and passed to print by the following called vote: <br /> Members of the Council: <br /> Ayes: Council Members Galvan, Kerr, Loeffler, Myers, Perry, Polvorosa; <br /> Mayor Corbett ( 7 ) <br /> Noes: None ( 0 ) <br /> Absent: s e ( 0 ) <br /> Attest: 4 / S/ <br /> Alice Calvert, City Clerk <br />
